  • Participate in the development and execution of campaign strategies for different customer segments.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of personalized offers via email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversion) and prepare reports.
  • Optimize campaigns and improve their effectiveness based on the results obtained.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop tailored communication plans.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the customer database and its usability for campaigns.
  • Work with the technical team to continuously improve the functionality of the CRM system.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and apply industry best practices.
  • Develop long-term campaign projects aimed at increasing customer lifetime value.

Tələblər

  • Higher education (marketing, business, IT, or a related field).
  • Work experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Familiarity with digital campaign management and marketing automation tools.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills (SQL or similar tools are desirable).
  • Deep knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
  • Attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • Experience in banking or other financial services is desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
