Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
Conduct salary benchmarking and market research for competitive positioning
Manage salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives
Oversee employee benefit programs
Design and implement performance management frameworks and processes
Prepare and present reports on compensation, benefits, and performance metrics
Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of reward and performance practice
Create and advise on competitive packages to attract and retain top talent
Design, advise on, and clearly communicate reward and performance policies to employees
Oversee budgeting for compensation and performance management, including forecasting and cost analysis
Lead and maintain the company-wide grading structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company grading system, ensuring alignment with organizational structure and job architecture
Stay updated on trends and best practices in compensation and performance management
Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align on reward and performance initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM-SCP) is a plus;
Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in grading, compensation, benefits, and performance management;
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, performance management systems, and employment laws;
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels;
Good written and verbal communications skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian is preferable;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports, analyzing data, and presenting information.
