Digital Acquisition Project Manager

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — someone who knows how to scale acquisition campaigns, both online and offline, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute full-funnel user acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels
• Launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more)
• Lead offline acquisition initiatives — from OOH to partnerships and events
• Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align efforts and maximize impact
• Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks
• Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels, and continuously optimize based on insights

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance and user acquisition
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok
• Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Appsflyer), Google Analytics, and attribution models
• Experience launching and optimizing both online and offline acquisition initiatives
